How do you manage that so that we can move the ball forward and not become the committee that doesn't decide anything?

Yeah, well, Yeah, it's important to have decision governance, too, because it becomes every day new decisions, new problems.

I would say the hiring managers, in my experience, generally start to fold in to decision making, at least run a recruiting build, like a recruiting module, you know, a candidate relationship tool, whether it's an ATS or a CRM.

Their voice in the room to start is the recruiters, right? So as we're having conversations with the recruiters, about design, about business process, about approvals.

We're talking about usually it in terms of what is the standard process for this, but what hiring managers go rogue.

So when this goes rogue, how does it go rogue? And any recruiter can tell.

If you've got vocal recruiters, which is what you want on a project like a design like this, is you don't want recruiters that are sitting in a room just nodding their heads.

So

If we swallow microplastics, how far do they get into our bodies? Do they make it through the stomach? Do any get into our bloodstream?

This is a really great question.

I mean, we have evolved, you know, throughout our evolutionary history to keep particles out of the body.

And, and not just particles, but pathogens and, you know, foreign material.

So our gut ha- has quite a few defenses.

We do have a mucus barrier lining the gut, and then we have our cell wall or our epithelium, and again, that's quite a tight barrier, as it's quite, generally quite hard for things to penetrate it.

So when we're talking about microplastic, it's actually... theoretically, it should be quite unlikely for microplastics to absorb across the gut.

Is it lethal, or is it, is it gonna cause certain conditions, or how does that work?
