I agree that he is being set up to show how shit his idea is.

I think that Cornette, he does have a really good wrestling brain.

But even nowadays, what holds Cornette back is... is that he can sometimes be too old school with stuff and too unwilling to move with the times.

And he's kind of always been like that and had this nostalgia because he has such a long history of wrestling from he was a boy that he can't get rid of that.

Whatever I want to kinda pop out and really be heavy and weighted in the front of the canvas without taking away the focal point, and then I'll leave everything that needs to recede in the background last, um-And that goes from thread choices to, to stitches, um, embellishments, all the above kinda plays in, plays into that.

And this is actually a really fun class that I do enjoy teaching.

Um, I haven't had the opportunity to teach it a lot, but I do love to teach a concepts class to how to conceptualize your canvas and how to write your own stitch guide.

Um, how to see it, how to find the focal point, how to find the foreground, how to choose your fibers so that ...

And your stitch so that your background doesn't drown out your foreground.

I love teaching that hands-on working type of class, um, for folks.
