Why do you say the banner is the declared system that becomes observable? What are your thoughts, sir?

The thing is, well, if first you look at most of the banners, what do they ask? Do you agree to cookies? Most, the language is not even right because we don't care if it's cookies or not, or whatever other means.

And they asked, well, do you accept cookies or not? And then you say, no, I don't accept.

The thing is, if you look at the major vendors and now there's a bunch of other solutions that are not actually using cookies, does it mean that they don't require consent? Absolutely not.
