All right? Comment on that and the fact that, uh, uh, people aren't present with each other anymore.
27:55
Yeah.
27:56
So when it comes to the negative feed, I agree with you, but I'm gonna give them a little bit of grace only because the social media platforms have really done a number on these algorithms.
28:09
And now, like for example, I have tons of people who follow me who say, "I haven't seen your post in months, in years." So even when we're choosing healthier, more positive messages, the algorithm still wants to feed sensationalism, right? And that sensationalism usually is divisive rhetoric, negative things, unhealthy information.
28:32
So unfortunately we're, we are battling some things when it comes to these platforms.
28:37
But yes, I do agree that we still have to take the responsibility as individuals to try to be mindful of what we're digesting and what we're allowing on our feed.
28:46
Um, now in regards to the, the disconnect it's created.

[laughs]
24:18
How does a woman figure out what healthy environment looks like in those cases where the staying in contact is completely necessary and maybe even you want to support that? for the kids sake you want to support there being connection between your partner and their ex.
24:35
So, you know when it comes to co-parenting I'll admit it's a little trickier, a lot trickier, okay.
24:42
I do think that again, we start with that first key where it's about making sure your relationship foundation is strong and tight.
24:51
Because you know the reality is that if things are wrong in your home then every little thing that seems even remotely off is possibly going to trigger you, right.
25:01
But the more you feel secure and loved and you feel like you guys have a great foundation of honesty and communication the less you're going to worry and nitpick and overanalyze every little thing.
25:14
So, we always start there.
25:16
Secondly, you know, we do have to understand unfortunately, the reason why those co-parenting situations are tricky is because even if your partner genuinely has no feelings towards their ex, their ex, the other parent of the child could still have their own feelings.
30:37
Yeah.
16:48
Okay.
16:51
There's not one person that you are guaranteed to end up with, all right.
16:56
So, the whole if it's meant to be it's a misunderstood perception because people have to make decisions, there's free will.
17:05
Unfortunately, there are individuals who have experienced an amazing connection but due to lack of healing and other issues weren't able to get together, still aren't together, may never get together, okay.
17:17
That's the unfortunate reality of things.
17:20
Now, I think at the very least God knows who is best for you.
17:26
So, you look at it this way God knows every person you're going to meet in your entire life.

53:29
men sometimes don't know how to like post like pictures and I'm like...
12:37
They're right for you.
12:39
So, I agree and that's the reason why I want people to understand we've got to get to the mindset of understanding who we are first and then who we align with, who we truly fit with.
12:53
Because yes, it can get tricky now with family, kids may be involved all these different factors but my concern is this and this is what I've seen in my years of coaching couples.
13:04
It starts with that small thing, all right.
13:07
So, I had one situation where there was a couple she loved going out dancing.
13:11
While they were dating they would go dancing every week.
13:14
They get married I want to say a month into it no more dancing, all right.

34 MINS LATER

47:37
And now you feel bad that you've spoken out and maybe got teary over something that's a towel, even though we know it's not.
