States' rights

It's abusing animals.

It's just stomping all over states' rights and voter approved laws.

It absolutely blows my mind.

I mean, I personally think that the Republican Party should go to these lawmakers and remove them from their party and say, You cannot possibly put forward a bill like this and claim to be a Republican.

The reasons to oppose the Save Our Bacon Act include animal protection, because the act would nullify all animal protections.

It's bad for small farmers who actually believe that animals should have some ability to move their bodies.

And also, it completely takes away states' rights and overturns voter-approved laws.

Number eight, how you can help with the Save Our Bacon Act is call your U.S.

The war was always referring to the Civil War, which was sometimes the War of the Northern Aggression.

Sometimes it was the War of, of, uh, of State's Rights.

It was never the war about slavery.

Never.

And in fact, it makes us feel good that black students are being targeted, have been in the past, and we're going to make sure nothing can be done, at least by the feds, to take care of this problem.

So what are we to do? What's going to happen to our black students? Well, they want the state's States' rights, that's what they're claiming now.

Well, then the states can, it's up to the states to create their own civil rights protections using state laws to look at disparate impact on students of color, on trans students, on students in the LBGT community.

States, it's now up to the states to do that.

It is tragic.

And the extreme court is indeed supporting this.

And as you say, we'll talk a bit more about what the extreme court is doing in terms of states' rights.

But the hypocrisy of all this is, and the racism that is coming out of this Trump administration is so blatant.
