Start the Week

James Graham's new play, The Standard of Living, is on at the Theatre Royal Haymarket in London until mid-December.

Later this week, that's Friday the 25th of September, Start the Week is going to be with Tom Sutcliffe, and that's a live recording at the Contain Strong Language Festival, a poetry festival in Salford, and the guests include the Poet Laureate, Simon Armitage, and they'll be talking about Gilgamesh and mudlarking and acoustics and other things.

If you want to be in the audience, tickets for this and other events, they're free, available from bbc.co.uk slash containstronglanguage.

That's one word at the end.

But for now, thank you and goodbye.

Thank you for listening to Start the Week on BBC Radio 4 and BBC Sounds, presented by me, Adam Rutherford, and produced by Katie Hickman and Natalia Fernandez.
