Starcade

I always thought we would get to a Bad Influence episode, or something more reflective of the original format.

Be whatever TV show, be that Good Game, be that Starcade.

I thought we were gonna find a show to review.

Um, but this felt lovely because obviously I'm not just the third host of this show, yeah, for those that were wanting Luke as well, I'm also disappointed.

I was ready to take a swing at him here because he says about it being the first ever video game magazine show, but I thought in my head, I misremembered this, I was ready to take a swing to go, "He's gonna say the first ever video game challenge TV show, and because we've done two for Intel, we know that's not the case." And I was ready to swing, ready to swing, and then he didn't say it.

He said magazine show, and I was like, "Oh yeah, by a week on Bad Influence, he's correct." [laughs]

Although I will say in defense of any claim to be the first video game challenge TV show, Starcade, as much as I love it, is also a traditional game show.

But it's a challenge.
