Like, it became, like, you know, it was the early '80s, and it was, it was, like, a thing.

Like, hey, there's testosterone, there's D-Ball, there's Deca, there's Winstrol.

There's all these steroids that, that if you were an athlete and you needed to, uh, you wanted an advantage, you could, you could buy, uh, street steroids through dealers, okay? And I saw it happen.

I saw, uh, some friends, um, that were into it and, and, um, body-- either bodybuilding or for football or whatever.

Okay.

And then Winstrol, uh, was 30, was 37.5 milligrams for the first three weeks, and then 50 milligrams for the last three weeks.

Oh, so much Winstrol.

Wow.

[laughs] Uh, I guess respective to the higher dosages, right? There's some guys that have run 100 to 200 milligrams of Winstrol towards the end.

That's-- I mean, that's what I always do.

200, 150.

Yeah.

Like Anavar can be used.

Winstrol can be used.

I know that these are more like bodybuilding type of substances, but they have major application with strength and power.

Trenbolone also can be used.

DHT-derived compounds do affect mineral retention, and different ones affect it more potently.

For example, Winstrol seems to affect it very potently, where you just lose subcutaneous water, and it gives you that drier, harder look.

Uh, there's also the androgen load, too.

When you have an increased androgen load, that, uh, you're going to have a decrease in adipocyte formation and also an increase in lipolysis.

That is one downside of leaning into the DHT compounds is that if you, uh, tend to flatten out easy, if you get too carried away with them, you will get a flatter, harder, drier look.

Now, is there some witch magic with them that, that goes beyond that? Not that I'm aware of, but, but it's kind of been well established in bodybuilding that this is the way to go if you want that hard, grainy look on stage.

You lean into more like compounds like Primobolan, Masteron, Winstrol, um, even Proviron going into a show to get that hard, grainy look.

You reduce your testosterone doses.

I don't like to run it for more than four to six weeks.

And even now on contest prep, like I'll save Winstrol for just the last two weeks.

I run it high and hard, and then I come off, I run some NAC for three to four weeks, and everything is good.

As long as GGT is good and bilirubin is good, you're probably not doing any long-term damage to your liver.

But other than that, I mean...

I see his point, like joint damaging compounds.

You know, Winstroll, after a given period of time, I

found...

It's the only one I'd be wary of, and I wouldn't particularly look at Winstroll for a strength performance athlete.

Anyway, it's not really...

I'd be looking at things like Oxy, Halo, Day of Comp, that sort of stuff, rather than possibly a bit of Superdroll.

Have you tried a

different brand of Winstrol? Maybe it was cut different with something else, a filler that's upsetting your

stomach? Yeah, no, I just tried the one brand, and then I thought, you know what? I mean, it did work.

I mean, I did definitely feel a little bit of strength gain, and I definitely got a little bit less water retention.

Um, so test- test- testosterone, um, it's always my base, so I'm always running testosterone.

Um, and then on top of that I've done Clenbuterol, um, Enavar, NPP, Masteron, um, t- uh, Trenbolone, um, Winstrol-

Give, give us some dosages.

Let's, let's go with the testosterone.

I'm getting old, and I still tolerate it well.

Winstrol is not to be used for any situation outside of contest prep, and Winstrol comes in a water-based solution typically.

I think there are some oil-based Winstrol preparations I've seen now, but Winstrol kicks like a mule.

On the water-based Winstrol, I've seen so many people get abscesses from water-based Winstrol.

I don't know.

I'm not into the whole brewing scene.
