And it came into my life through one of my great friends and favorite writers, Robert McFarlane, who wrote a novella, a small book, an epic poem about the goings on there.

And it was illustrated by Stanley Dunwood.

And then by happenstance, I ended up adapting the book into an album and making songs from those words and those images.

And had you been to this place before you read, I guess we'll call it a poem.

So I think, I mean, I felt like I'd stumbled upon kind of, Ulysses or something.

I think Ness is a great work, a great modern work.

And let alone the illustrations by Stanley, you know, I think it was crying out to be heard.

To me, the work existed.

I love that.

I think that, well, the artwork is, For OK Computer, I don't know if it was also Stanley Donwood, but I really like his artwork.

So I guess that's a fun thing to discover if you've just had the CD for a long time and then never checked.
