University of Staffordshire

And as I said to you, you know, I went, I went from Staffordshire University that had a phenomenal fine art degree course that year, it was in the top four-

... to Wolverhampton University to do a post-grad in further and higher.

I'm not sure that was the argument my dad was having with the lender, but I think it was Paragon.

It might be, but you don't have an argument with the lender, do you? Anyway, so this obviously serves two universities, the University of Staffordshire and the University of Keele, recorded student property yields of 9.42% based on an average rent of 14,000 a year, just over, which is 1,185 per can at the month, with a property value of 150,982.

So here's the thing.

You're looking now, okay, so an average value of 151 grand And you're coming out with 14 grand a year.

But my mum was kind of looking around at different university courses and, you know, growing up.

kind of equidistant between Telford, Wolverhampton, Cannock and Stafford, just up the road at Staffordshire University at their Stoke campus, was the sports journalism course, which was run by a combination of Mitch Price, who I'm sure you know, Pete Brooks, and Ian Bailey as well, who beforehand had been the press officer at Stoke for a while.

And all three were great for me, especially Mitch, who... really wanted to get me onto that course, but sadly, my A-level results didn't reflect the high UCAS points tally that was required.

I only came out with a C and an E in the end, just had no motivation to do any kind of revision, fluffed maths twice, even though I'd been quite good at it before.
