Stafford Senior High School

So my kids went to Fredericksburg City Schools.

Um, that's where they started out, and then when we moved h- uh, moved across the bridge, they're now at Stafford High School, so they're, they're part of the tribe.

We're part of the tribe, Indian Nation, Stafford County there.

Um, but my oldest is at Syracuse.

Three years ago, community leaders were motivated to act following two shootings that claimed the lives of two area teens in the span of a few months.

To say that Jimmy Andrews is a fixture at Stafford High School is an understatement.

He's in his 61st year of teaching English there, and he's not planning to retire anytime soon.

He would miss working with students if he gave up his life's work, he told me.
