Um, but yeah, you know, Munster are missing a fair few of their bigger names.

Glasgow were as well, but where Munster missed Casey and Crowley and a few of the other lads, has a much bigger impact on their team than, you know, Stafford McDowell's playing at 12, um, and Ollie Smith's at 13 for Glasgow.

There's no Tuipulotu, who's a worldy obviously, but they have better players, if that makes sense, to fill in the gaps from guys that are missing.

And, um, yeah, the bench made a bit of a difference for Glasgow.

I think just that consistency of playing together will be interesting to see how that develops.

But I think it's just like, Stafford's just brilliant every week.

Just like that glue that kept them going, especially in that crowd.

And it was clunky.

Yeah, absolutely.

It's interesting what you say about the Stafford McDowell thing, isn't it? Because Hugh Jones didn't play a lot for Scotland or a lot last season at all.

And you think if it had been him and Tui Piloto all the way through for Scotland, then it probably would have carried on.

I don't think, um, I think Adam Hastings will be more of a loss, bizarrely, than Huw Jones, just because Huw didn't play as much.

Um, and, you know, Stafford McDowall and some of the, the, the young kids coming through, uh, Glasgow are quite excited about.

So, but Dan Lancaster, you know, with a, you know, back up to, to him, you know, I think that's probably, I think Adam, Adam going to Montpellier might be a bigger loss to, to Glasgow, and we'll see how that plays out 'cause it's such a, a pivotal position, isn't it? And so, um, no, I'm, I'm, I'm sitting here start of the season pretty confident that Glasgow will be right in the mix, and let's hope they can go one, two steps further than they did last year.

Yeah, I had a chat with, uh, Scott Forest, the Glasgow assistant, a couple of weeks ago, Tom, and I was asking him about the departures and how long can Glasgow keep letting go these big key players and, and expect to compete.
