That said, I had responses that I think, um, would've shown that I, somewhere I understood, maybe on a, not on an intellectual level, but at a, a- on a safety level maybe, that something wasn't right.

And, you know, my, the second night I was in Paris, I had just arrived, and Paris is, like, a, you know, a huge...

It's one thing from, to get to New York, but then another country, the language, everything Carrie just described.

You know, I think we had, like, three parties that night, and we were just being festive and having fun getting dressed up for reasons other than being photographed and enjoying the season, and we went to the Plaza and, you know, Donald was there and he walked me over and he's like, "You know Jeffrey, right?" Then, at that moment, we talked longer, and I gave him my number and we dated after that for a few months.

And so at some level, some people wanted that, but then it sort of gets warped and molded into, "Well, we wanna see it 'cause it might hurt so-and-so, and we wanna see it 'cause, uh..." So from your perspective, like, what do you wanna see, right? Like, what is, what would be the value of this? Like, what would be useful?

And she... you know, all, all those agencies, they, you know, they hosted a lotta dinners with models and powerful men, and so, uh, she got... you know, it was a night... she said, "Let's... you know, we're getting a group together for dinner on the Upper East Side," and I went, and Jeffrey was there, and, um...

And the interesting thing about Jeffrey, which, which is so funny, it'd be like, well, you know, he's such a creep, obviously.

He's like the most renowned, you know, scumbag on the planet, and, but at the time, he was one of the few men who just looked me in the eye and had a political conversation with me and didn't condescend, and that's, I think that's why, you know, I got interested in him and why, you know, we engaged, and it went from there.

And then, um, kinda forgot about it though, didn't exchange numbers or anything, and a couple months later, Donald Trump had a... you know, he owned the Plaza at one point, the hotel, and he was throwing a Christmas party, um, at the Plaza.
