The lawsuit alleges Lozano received payments or promises of payment in excess of four hundred million dollars.

Property records and the lawsuit allege that monies was spent on luxury real estate, including a three million condo in the residences at St. Regis on Wacker Drive in downtown Chicago.

Lozano also purchased a pink private jet seen on a flight tracking website.

"What this law firm did is absolutely unthinkable or unethical," said Elena Diaz, an immigration attorney with the community nonprofit Instituto del Progreso Latino.
