Now, the people that are missing here is there's no St. Kate's.

But what will be interesting to see is, all right, Gustavus, Eau Claire and Carlton.

Right.

They have an individual national championing.

What will this look like? Who will kind of take command in this tournament? Now, with St.

Kate's not there, it's not as big a deal, but if we all think St. Kate's is going to be back on top, this will be a good tell to say who can actually challenge them here.

Now, remember that Eau Claire is a Pool B team.

What's going to be happening in Minnesota this year? Right.

We sort of had, you know, St. Kate's.

We've had Carlton.

Like, OK, do we have another transition? Is somebody else ready to go? Keep your eye on Minnesota there, especially when we go in the following week of the D3 Classic hosted by Gustavus.

It'll be interesting to see kind of who comes out of the works this year.

I think it's a little bit more of a toss-up.

I think St. Kate's is probably prepared to say we want our title back.

You know, Coach Moe and the Gustavus team is always lurking.

My guests today are Dr. Julie Miller-Jones and Alex Turnbull.

Dr. Julie Miller-Jones is a board-certified and licensed nutritionist, fellow of the AACCI, ICC, and IFT, and Distinguished Professor Emerita, St. Catherine University.

Dr. Jones is a frequent speaker at many professional conferences and consumer organizations locally, nationally, and internationally.

She is actively involved in educating consumers against frauds and myths in nutrition and food safety.

So that was my first experience with tech ed.

And I was teaching at St. Kate's or St. Thomas in the Twin Cities, these four-year Catholic colleges with these particular charisms.

And I did have a harder time making the transition and coming to understand my students.

So the first semester, I was like, I'm not going to actually make them do anything.

They get a lot of money.

The other panel was about women who have just invested in themselves as far as they're doctors, they got- have gone to school, gotten their doctor's degree.

They are professors at universities here that we know of, um, here in the Twin Cities, um, St. Thomas, St. Kate's, Capella University.

Um, they're leaders, um, in these, uh, university, and they're authors.

One of them, she's a-- Two of them were authors, and she owns her own publishing firm, right? So as more of us women are trying to write books, um, and get published, it's great to know that a Black woman here in the, the state of Minnesota, um, owns her own publishing company, and has published four of her own, uh, children's books.
