So Chef Abby Gelman is a spokesperson, a recipe and product developer, educator, nationally recognized culinary nutrition expert.

She is the director of teaching kitchen and culinary medicine at St. Barnabas Hospital in the Bronx, New York, and she is the consulting director of nutrition at Rethink Food, where she is responsible for the Medically Tailored Meals Program.

She does a lot of other things, including authoring cookbooks.
