Squad Five-O

... those, quote-unquote, "secular bands" would lead me to, like, the, the Tooth & Nail world, which would be, like, uh, Value Pack, obviously MxPx.

And then I started to like also like ska music, 'cause at that time in the late '90s, that was, like, really popping, you know? Um, so The Supertones, uh, Five Iron Frenzy, Squad Five-O, you know, these are just to name-

Yeah

... a few.

They played a place called New Earth, which was a converted church slash venue.

And they played there with Squad 5-0 and the OC Supertones.

Oh, that's awesome.

Yeah, it was a good show.

Like, lots of kids came.

The biggest band we ever had come play at our church was Squad 5-0.

Wow.

And the elders...

And I think there might be a little bit of that happening.

Yeah, and that was part of the reason why when Squad 5-0 was having their final show, I drove the whole family down, you know, because my wife had never seen them live and neither of my kids had seen Squad live.

And I'm like, it's an experience.

You have to, like, see them.
