So you've got people like Spring Harvest, which I'm a part of, New Wine, Awaken and others.

Actually, we hopped on to Zoom calls on the Saturday morning at 10 o'clock and we were praying together.

because for us when one Christian conference goes through something like that our hearts break because we just know the impact and you know any Christian gathering that's in the UK who you know what so was playing out you know you can't help but go gosh you know there could have been any conference that could have had a tragedy just like this your heart goes out so we turn to prayer and And so just to be bringing encouragement, isn't it? I just think it's amazing that the Christian landscape, the Christian conference landscape as well, we're just so out for one another.

The narrow one is this event was born out of a tension.

at Spring Harvest over the whole issue of the nature of the atonement.

And I think the place that this conference, New Word Alive, came down on what Christ achieved for us and how he achieved it in bearing God's wrath, absorbing it fully, removing it, propitiating it, that historic, traditional vision of what Christ did is exactly right and precious.

And so when I was asked, would you come help us get this started, That question wouldn't have made any sense to me without the broader piece.
