Sport Wales

It's a lot of money.

But yeah, we've worked really hard to get everything in place so we can apply to Sport Wales.

And Mark Bull from the FAW has helped us a lot with that.

And yeah, we've managed to get a grant.

We had a sort of a- an area, a little bit of a wasteland, where the existing putting green was.

Uh, and again, with the grants that we got, um, from W- Wales Golf and also Sport Wales were, were part and parcel of that process as well.

Um, we then developed this, uh, magnificent, um, prac- uh, practice area, and also putting green as well, and some, some bunkers, and also, uh, some new driving nets.

Um, this year, uh, we've put the solar panels on the clubhouse roof, so obviously our electricity bill is, uh, is a lot less than it was last year, which is fantastic.

Is this something that you can tell us what the BDSA can do better in organizing these competitions than other associations?

Our league currently has individuals that are – and this has been done before by some of the representatives – the Welsh that are part of Sport Wales.

You know, they do these competitions where you have a league that goes.

DBA had one that they do great things.
