Uh, but, uh, you know, just for a quick, um, follow-up this in case people don't know you just by your name, uh, Brian, you are a screenwriter and a director, and the, some of your screenwriting highlights include the, the very kickass and, and, uh, dare I say undervalued and appreciated Underwater and Love and Monsters.

And, uh, Brian also directed the kickass flicks Spontaneous and No One Will Save You, which we were just talking about the, with the, The Greys.

That's the one with, uh, Kaitlyn Dever fighting off grays.

Um, his, uh, latest film is all about that asshole whale that swallows Austin Abrams, America's newest sweetheart, by the way.

He previously wrote, directed, and produced No One Will Save You, the acclaimed sci-fi thriller starring Caitlin Weaver.

and made his feature directorial debut with Spontaneous, a genre-bending coming-of-age story starring Katherine Langford and Charlie Plummer.

Screenwriter and producer, credits include Insurgent, The Babysitter, Underwater, Love and Monsters, Cocaine Bear, and Borderline.

He also created and executive produced the animated series Skull Island.

Uh, but also, let's see, Spontaneous, which is the movie that we were talking to our guest about at the time.

But since then, he's been involved in Skull Island, one of my favorite movies of, uh, 2023, No One Will Save You, and of course, Whale Fall.

He's previously written and directed Spontaneous in 2020, and No One Will Save You, which landed on Disney+ and got noticed by Guillermo del Toro and Stephen King.

That was in 2023.

Before that, he was writing.
