We actually have a reverse formula where depending on where the address geolocates to by our ISC, that actually becomes a remainder of general fund dollars that goes back to the small towns and cities of Spokane County and the unincorporated Spokane County.

So it really is a, the, the unique opportunity that I get to have as a local government about the investment into the local economy.

David, I'm curious from your standpoint as you're on a number of different open access networks as well as operating your own, have you ever said, "Thanks, but no thanks" to an open access network just because it didn't pencil out?

They're all a little bit different.

Seattle, Portland, Spokane County, all getting toast on the Northwest.

But then we see little pockets like San Francisco We've seen the highest sale to list ratio, and it's had a massive rebound over the last 12 months.

And it's like, they don't want to come across that border because, you know, Washington for the most part, I don't know if Spokane County, if they're, if the cops work, sheriffs work with ICE, but ours definitely do.
