In fact, we recently went...

I took her to the Split Enz concert.

Um, you know, they were-

He did, uh, Renegade Fighter.

Uh, they had two from the Split Enz.

They had Mike Chunn and Emily Crowther.

And then they had Jason Kerrison from Opshop, who was in the band with my son Bowie.

This week, I'm absolutely delighted to be joined by Chris from Auckland, New Zealand.

I met Chris through his 240 Gigabytes of Neil Finn podcast, which deep dives into a massive archive of live Neil Finn performances from Crowded House, Split Enz, Finn Brothers, and his solo work.

We'll touch on some of that today, I'm sure.

But before we dive in, Chris' pick for this episode of Friday Vinyl Club is No Code by the iconic Pearl Jam.

Do, do you remember that?

I absolutely do because that was my first real intro to Neil Finn.

I checked that out because, of course, Eddie Vedder is on there singing amazing renditions [laughs] of, uh, Split Enz tunes.

Um, I, I wasn't old enough at the time to get into that show and see it in person.

Coming in at 505 on the GOAT countdown there, Split Enz, fellas.

Bit of Kiwi.

One of the probably, I reckon, the greatest New Zealand band of all time.

Nigel Griggs was born in 1954.

He was the bass guitarist for the New Zealand art rock and new wave band Split Enz.

He was the one who had the rhythm lines for the song I Got You, which was a huge hit.

Ron Strykert was born in 1957.
