Spirit of the West

English rhythm guitarist and singer, best known for being part of the 1960s mod pop band The Action, also co-founded the 1970s rock group Ace, famous for the hit How Long.

John Mann was born in 1962, a Canadian singer-songwriter and actor who was actually the co-founder of the alternative folk rock band Spirit of the West.

Didi Ramone, the iconic one, was born in 1951, real name Douglas Glenn Colvin.

He was the founding bassist and lyricist for the punk rock group The Ramones, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame punk rock group.

You might not know it, but it's a Canadian band called Spirit of the West, and the song is Home for a Rest.

It just pulls at the heartstrings, and it's one of these kick back the chair, get up and dance kind of songs.

You cannot sit through that song.

You know, I certainly wasn't thinking about it.
