Oh, wow.

Spinnaker, sock, and the prop.

And this happened, I think, a year and a half ago.

So pretty recent.

So he quit trying to be the CEO of her company and started asking a different question.

What else can I do around here? That question became Spinnaker Solutions, a firm with clients from the U.S.

to Saudi Arabia to Australia.

Today, we'll talk about the framework his father gave him, the day he deleted his accounting inbox, and why the founder is often the bottleneck.

Well, tell, tell us a little bit about yourself and your business and then we'll kind of dive in a little deeper.

So, um, uh, I've, Started Spinnaker Solutions in 2014.

Yeah.

Our trip north from St. Martin to Bermuda was really nice except for like the last couple days where it rained.

We were able to fly the Spinnaker for several days on end, you know, day and night, just because the weather was just very, you know, set in, right? So, you know, a lot of people say, well, you shouldn't fly, you know, big sails at night.

You should reef down, all this stuff.

you know if you get good weather and you have uh you know access to it through starlink or something like that then you can tell if the night weather is going to be similar to to the day weather so there's a lot of times where i'll sail at night with a spinnaker and uh and that was a really good trip that was probably three or four days you know under under spinnaker alone just uh just packing about seven knots in really smooth sea state you know No big deal.
