He himself ruled over Egypt or ancient Khem fourteen thousand years.

So we have ano-another ancient account written by Thoth the Atlantean of him and his people.

Uh, evidence of, uh, of a global civilization is all around us, Greece, Egypt, you know, India, Assyria, China.

It's everywhere.

Sphinxes are everywhere.

And then also the fifth direction, which she says is identified as our core center by voyaging women who are centering, balancing, focusing, reaffirming our original integrity.

Then she also talks about the Sphinx, which is a symbol for the unified integrity of all five elements.

It's human consciousness, which is the unifying principle.

OK, there are a lot of words in here which I know are difficult to write.

We might be drawn to, for example, yogic... spirituality because of the strong goddess figure figure you know characters we we find in those traditions but she warns that actually it's it can be a trap and it has been a trap for many women um and we need to to look more closely at what is actually happening there, right? Because she says that the underlying part here, violation of female integrity is pivotal in patriarchal religions and effacement of women.

For women whose realization of their own integrity has been blocked cannot actualize their deep powers and unintentionally collaborate in their own self-defeat.

So this notion of integrity and the fifth element combines later on into the Sphinx.
