They were trying to be disruptive as possible, essentially to get as much attention as possible.

And The end goal at Spectacle was to shift the dial on public opinion, which is not that different to what most NGOs do, to get government to do something.

Which is, it is kind of like it's almost as far as you could get from the Annie Rhodes protests or the Annie genetically modified organisms protests in the 90s in this country, both of which were incredibly disruptive, shifted public opinion and

directly stopped things.
