But wow, what a fitting finale to what has been one of the most exciting seasons I have ever been involved in that championship.

And I have been covering certainly events in, if not the whole championship for the on special stage it has been an incredible story to have the privilege to tell and well i was reflecting on it on the drive on the way back and we have seen stories and moments unfold over the course of this season that we'll all be talking about in the sport for many years to come i have no doubt about that we'll hear about some of those from lee edwards one of the star drivers from this year's championship battle in that g3 escort later in the episode Coming up in the next couple of weeks then.

It's a busy one for rallying, actually.

It's the Far North Classic up in the Highlands of Scotland.

Courses are changed.

You've sold it to me, although I'm here at Western Park for the Hills Ford Stages and we're about to go live on special stage.

So on this occasion, I will take my own situation because I'm looking forward to seeing this bumper entry through here.

The work they put in to get that rally stage underway was phenomenal, wasn't it? Well,

yeah.

I mean, that's it, isn't it? I mean, they did a fantastic job.

What's been the standout highlight for you? Because I've got a few of my own, but I'm interested from someone who's been so heavily involved with the organisation of it, with your team behind the scenes at Molton Motor Club putting the stage together.

What's been your highlight?

I think the highlight is actually we got approached to run the stage as an MSA rally stage.

And just our crew, you know, our club just putting on such a stage.

Gee, it's been a big week in rallying.

Rally

Queensland was terrific this year.

We weren't able to attend the event, but the Super Special Stage, everything around that, in the middle of Gympie, they backed it as they usually do with their full... their full gusto that they do every single year.

Whether there's some lower numbers there, I'm not exactly sure this year, but it's hard to, rally people now have to make a choice.
