I've had enough of that cold brew that I'm, you know, I'm really feeling like it's a good morning.

So this is my fourth CDFAM, and I'm gonna talk about Text to Spaceship, how we can accelerate our understanding and exploration of the universe using AI.

And if you've seen this before on YouTube or something, I've got a lot of new slides and a lot of exciting new videos to show.

These are the recordings from the CDFAM Computational Design Symposium held in Washington, D.C., July 2026.

They're so physical.

But I'm gonna extend it to the whole spaceship or the whole spacecraft.

And that's the Text to Spaceship vision.

And really, since I first started talking about this two years ago, it's become much more than a vision.

Okay, so let's talk about what they saw now.

We've got Spaceship in the sky, possibly landing.

You got sky rockets in flight.

A ship with left its parking lights on.

People dreamed of going there long before any technology existed to make it possible, writing stories and building imaginary vehicles and speculating about what they might find.

And eventually, after centuries of dreaming, Spacecraft did reach the moon.

Machines were sent first.

Robotic probes that orbited the moon and landed on its surface, taking photographs and making measurements and sending the data back to Earth.

"'Rockets, eh?' Tom grinned a little sympathetically.

"'Spaceship exhaust,' I should have said.

You can't tell from the crater what kind of propulsive device these characters are using.

It's not the same kind of crater our rear jets leave, if that helps any.' Of course it didn't.

You know what else they spent a billion dollars on?

Spaceships.

Astronauts and automated cameras abroad, International Space Station, regular photograph and come and resupply vessels, weather hardware, and other modules operating hundreds of kilometers above surface.
