Space Ritual

In the 1960s, he was a London DJ on par with John Peel, DJing at clubs like the Roundhouse and Friar's.

He then went on the road working for bands like the Spencer Davis Group and eventually Hawkwind, going out with them on their legendary Space Ritual tour when Lemmy was still in the band.

And Andy would emcee for the band and also sometimes play records, like, backwards during, you know, psychedelic jams that Hawkwind was doing.
