Space Ghost

It had Powerpuff Girls.

It had Space Ghost.

Space Ghost.

You know Space Ghost.

I

know

the Space Ghost.

I would say Space Ghost is one of the best things that's been in cartoons, period.

But I loved...

And, and it was usually paired up with Space Ghost.

Okay.

And buddy, I loved both of those shows.

... more plasticky or something.

But I love both of those shows, man.

Space Ghost, oh God.

[laughs]

I think it was the first What a Cartoon! we recorded.

Powerpuff Girls, Space Ghost Coast to Coast, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Courage the Cowardly Dog, but have yet to touch this, and I Am Weasel/Cow and Chicken.

Yes.

Haven't done that either.

But we'll get to it, folks.

[laughs] And so yes, Partible works on it.

He wraps it up by the end of '94 to be ready for the '95 rollout of the World Premiere Toons, and he is one of the guys who appears in the very important World Premiere Toon-In, which is the Space Ghost-hosted special that introduces the idea that ...

And it aired on TBS, TNT, and Cartoon Network at the same time across all three networks, and ended with the premiere of Powerpuff Girls, though Br- Johnny Bravo has a little clip in it as well.

...

Space Ghost, Scooby-Doo, they keep going back to what works.

Mm-hmm.

And, and a lot of times what they'll do, like when they did the, what was it? The, the, n- I don't know what they, they...

All right.

[gasps] Batman.

Last one.

Batman is covering up my Bop It, but it looks like he has something on his head, which is pretty funny.

I-

That's not Batman, that's Space Ghost [laughs] from Cartoon Network.

Oh, my God.

[laughs] Don't listen to me, guys.

I'm trying to see where the Space Piranha, Piranor, yeah, that's a clunky name too.

But he tricks Space Ghost because our heroes have to be, you know, gullible, and he clonks him on the head and knocks him out.

Doesn't have an automatic force shield or, you know, like Green Lantern's ring, unless you have to be a yellow wrench.

And this is episode 578.
