Space Amoeba

They did it in War of the Gargantuas.

I think they did it in the Space Amoeba movie, Return of Godzilla.

I mean, that was a little bit better foreshadowed in that movie, but Return of Godzilla, there was a volcano involved at the end.

And so they're going to do that same trick here where they're like, well, we need something to destroy the pod.

Although there was a point where the Cryog were connected to Yog, 'cause that was our reference to Yog, Monster of Space, and we thought, "Well, that's a Toho movie.

We can use that." But I think they told us that because it's, like, the American title and not Space Amoeba, we couldn't use it.

There was some reason to it, and we-- I, I don't remember.

Like, I'd have to dig through my archives to find, like, the old email exchanges and stuff.

But yeah, no, I was, I was around for that.

And I assume those copyright issues are also why we ended up with two of the three monsters from Space Amoeba and not all three.
