Southport

Sure.

So two years ago I went to a designer show house in Southport, Connecticut called Rooms with a View.

And designers create these six-by-eight like mini rooms, little vignettes.

And I walk by one and there was a big crowd.

I had moved out of the city to Connecticut, and I was running the U.S. Attorney Southern District of New York's Northern Satellite Branch, which was located in White Plains but was responsible for federal law enforcement in the six counties north of the Bronx, three on each side of the Hudson River.

And the office was in White Plains, and we were living at the time in Southport, Connecticut.

And it being 25 years ago, I was younger and more athletic, and I was coming in from a run around the neighborhood.

It was about shortly after 8 o'clock in the morning.

Uh, and I'm thrilled to be here and we love talking to business owners about what is the most important thing that they can think about, which is we, we try not to use the word exit, but rather a transition, whether it be succession planning, whether it be a partnership with a private equity, whether it be a sale to somebody else, whether it be some other solution, but, uh, that transition is so critically important going forward.
