And they've just experienced so much as they serve God and serve others that just changes their hearts.

And one tenet, I don't want to sound like I'm an expert on YWAM because I'm certainly not, but I'm telling you the things that stand out to me that I have heard you talk about, or I have heard so many different people from our church at Southeast Christian who have gone to YWAM.

I'm thinking of two brothers that just did a program with YWAM.

And They're both more introverted, Michael, and yet the discipline of going to a place and sharing the gospel for day after day in settings, striking up conversations with people, forging friendships in places with folks, and for them to share the gospel.

And I've been blessed with my wife, Beth, that you know that the churches where I've served are, they've allowed her to stay in her area of giftings and not to try to make her into something that she's not.

And she doesn't like the spotlight.

And 30 years at Southeast Christian, she was on the platform two times.

Once she prayed at a Thanksgiving service and...

Yeah.

And I remember a good friend of mine at the time, a mentor, Greg Allen, who was part of Southeast Christian Church here.

Yeah.

He was just a super humble worship leader for 30-some-odd years that I'd respect.

In student ministry, we have a saying.

We say prayer is the strategy and there is no other strategy.

The reason that prayer is our strategy is because our church recently did a study to find out what is the reach of Southeast Christian Church when it comes to reaching Gen Z. Kyle talked about some of this data last week.

The study revealed that there are 143,556 students within reach of a Southeast campus that are either unreached with the gospel or unconnected from a local church.

That is 143,556 students who will spend an eternity away from God unless we tell them about Jesus and they are right in our backyards.

I mean, Will brings so much wisdom, interesting observations, trends and missions.

So I have an interesting background.

Most of my background is in I studied economics in school and most of my work has been in international business development and capacity development.

When when Southeast Christian Church invited me in to help out with the conference two decades ago, it was honestly comical conversation because like I just I need to be really clear.

That I'm not medical.

I've never served overseas and I've never run a conference.
