South Putnam Community Schools

A couple of are in 6A, Stu, where they don't happen until, you know, October 30th.

But in the southern half of the state or the central Indiana region, it's Cascade and South Putnam.

In the region, it's Andrean and Griffith who are both ranked in 3A that drew each other on the opening night.

Those are kind of the headline match-ups of week number one.

You're, you're doing all the games, but, you know, either for TV or for radio.

But what's, what's it look like for you, you know, leading up to the state, the state championship there at Lucas Oil?

So with, with only one 5A and only one 6A game, um, the best game for me to go do is Cascade and South Putnam in week number one, so looking forward to doing that.

Uh, week number two will be Carmel and Westfield, the 6A sectional opener.

Yeah.

So in, in, in sectional, I wanna say 38 in 2A, you've got South Putnam and Cascade that were both sectional champions a year ago.

They're gonna pl- or I'm sorry, state champions a year ago.

They're gonna play each other.

South Putnam was the 1A champ, success factor moving up to 2A.

Cascade was the 3A champ, but uniquely their enrollment dropped enough where they dropped back to 2A and had not, even with winning a state championship, lost in the sectional final the year before, so they didn't have enough to stay up in 3A, so they dropped to 2A.

And those two drew each other in sectional 38.

Yeah

... for, against Monrovia, you're gonna play the winner of South Putnam and Cascade.

Yeah.

Do you know anything about those teams? Have you had a chance to look into them yet?
