South Penrith

We know.

Samantha from Penrith is a Gen Xer as well.

I could just tell.

Hi, Sam.

Up

yours.

Naked Flame, South Penrith.

It's a wood fire.

I reckon we've had about 20 mils of rain.

here in South Penrith.

It's starting to dissipate a bit at the moment.

The lightning is just unbelievable at the moment.

Now we've got some sad news about a man who's died after being electrocuted in Sydney's west.

It's happened at a property in South Penrith on Sunday.

Neighbours raised the alarm.

They called triple zero and alerted emergency services.

The man is believed to be in his late 60s or early 70s and sadly he's been found deceased inside.

The victim has been identified as Gordon Wiggins and he made headlines a decade ago when he was rescued from a house fire and airlifted to hospital.

And now he's passed away in this sad incident in South Penrith on Sunday.

We send our love to his family and anyone who knew Gordon Wiggins.

I'm being a little cheeky.

Let me bring in, uh, John at South Penrith.

Good day, John.

Good day, Mark.
