South Panola School District

Let us take a look now at 6A.

Region 1-6A, again, is up north, Center Hill, Grenada, Lake Cormorant, Olive Branch, Saltillo, and South Panola.

Region 2-6A gives us Calloway right here in Jackson, Canton, Greenville in the Delta, Neshoba, Ridgeland, and Warren Central.

Region 3-6A has Forest Hill, George County, Hattiesburg, Jim Hill, Terry, and West Jones.

Let's go, shock the world in that one.

Lake Comerant defeated South Panola two weeks ago.

Um, ladies and gentlemen, that is the first time that Lake Comerant's ever defeated South Panola in history.

Uh, so that was a big W.

Word on the street is South Panola won in every category of the game except the scoreboard.

Um, they had more rush yards-

Unfor-

[laughs] There's, there is one that matters and, uh, so other than that, uh, you know, I talked to Coach Nester.

The biggest game of district is their first one.

They will be playing what a lot of people would say is basically the district championship, and that is South Panola.

Yep.

Now, South Panola's, I think, 2-2.

And they've beaten a couple good teams, and they've lost to some really good teams.

So this is going to be a big match.

So that's a tough thing to talk about.

Horn Lake doesn't get any easier as their next opponent is South Panola, who is hungry for another W to prove that they are legit.

I don't see this going well for Horn Lake again, Derek.

I hate to say it.

I see South Panola winning, sadly, by 14 to 21 points.

And, you know, it's just that year.

You know, sometimes you've got to go through those lumps sometimes.
