South Buffalo, Buffalo

Right now, we have some really significant debates going on in the local Buffalo real estate market.

In particular, if you look in South Park in the Cobblestone District.

So you have the city trying to take a private real estate owner's – properties via eminent domain and these are properties that have some significant structural damage when they were due to a fire in 2024 when they were acquired there is you know a lot of uh And engineers and architects went through that property at the behest of the property owner, basically saying, yeah, you can't adaptively reuse these.

You got to do a ton of remediation, so on and so forth.
