and where are you where are you in we're in south bucks okay not too far from you guys no no yeah it's um there's a really good community in bucks i don't know what it's like where you are but you know really good community of there are two charities in technically three but two main charities in bucks that support one that supports young children and then one that supports all age groups of people with Down syndrome.

So we're really fortunate actually to have.

The Sparkles, which is our infant one.

And then there's the South Bucks Down syndrome group, which is the older, older one.

Yeah.

He says, for about three days after I knew I had it, but not the severity, Di and I rationalised about whether I was coming to the end.

Speaking at his home in South Buckinghamshire, he says, I was quite pleased that I came to terms with it.

I said, well, that's the way it is and I'd better cash in.

I'd better finish some ideas I've had.

I'm losing faith in trying to sell our house.

South Bucks, four-bed house, priced below virtually every other four-bed house within two miles, four viewings in nine months.

It's not in need of renovation or anything like that.

It's had a new roof, a new kitchen, a new bathroom within the last six years.

The DASH Charity has supported adults and children experiencing domestic abuse across East Berkshire and South Buckinghamshire for more than 45 years.

And joining me today is Claire Batchelor, head of advocacy and outreach services at DASH, and the charity's patron, Sara Davison, better known as the Divorce Coach.

Speaking of which, do you teach or do you run workshops or things like that? Is there places where people can come and learn from you?

Yeah, so I'm based in Marlow in South Buckinghamshire, which is not far from London.

It's just west out of London.
