Sony Pictures Core

Well, it is a TCL panel, but I mean, TCL CSFT, right? So Sony hasn't been making their own LCD panels in years or any other panels.

They take parts from the best manufacturers like Samsung and TCL CSFT and LG and then add their special sauce, their industrial design, their proprietary things like Sony Pictures Core, which make a TV fun.

And yeah, they've been doing a really good job, I think, for a manufacturer that doesn't do any of the raw manufacturing themselves um they've really differentiated themselves with a superior product in in many categories

i think you know chris was talking about the differentiation between you know uh tvs coming down to when they use the same panel uh what's the secret sauce right and processing is a big part of that as well as you know um the individual integrated circuits that control the backlights and how many steps of brightness you can have, that kind of high detail stuff.

I mean, they've got a top-notch streaming service, which is one of the highest quality.

It's one of the higher bandwidth services, particularly in downloading Dolby Atmos at 768K, which is a much, much higher rate than most of the competition.

except Sony Pictures Core, which is probably the best streaming service, but a very limited selection.

Apple could put something into place that could compete with Kaleidoscape, but it would be a different kind of system.

Well, as always, you can check with your local library or if you have a local video rental store, you can check with them.

Otherwise, you can stream this with a subscription to BritBox or Sony Pictures Core, which had the little Amazon Prime logo on it, too.

yeah i like it didn't have a separate just sony pictures core thing so i don't know if you like have to do that you probably have to do it through

prime there are some channels like that that are like through prime
