And I truly believe here in the state of Georgia there's a lot of work to be done.

If you look at a population study that was conducted by the United Way back in 2023, it's called the ALICE study, Asset Limited Income Constrained Employment, right? In this study, it indicates that 14% of the population of Georgia is living under the poverty level.

Another 31% are considered the working poor.

So what does that mean? That means 45% of the population in the state of Georgia alone is either working poor or living below the poverty level.

But what about the individual when they walk into your doors and they feel stuck or underemployed? What does the journey look like for them and how do you help them move forward to find a new career path?
