It's a 93-foot high structure with 40 incredible wind chimes weighing anywhere from 200 to 300 pounds apiece.

And they're at the mercy of the beautiful Somerset County winds and so forth.

So it's really an incredible design of how it came to be.

And when you come to see this place and you look at the crash site, I believe it's absolutely perfect because so often those emails come in, as I mentioned, is that the best they can do? And when I talked to them, I'm like, what would you envision? And something like the Washington Monument or a bunch of flags and so forth.

And I, of course, I tell folks that I'm not telling you how to think or what to feel.

But here it really is, Joe, to your really, really superb point about just folding into the gentle landscape of these headlock groves and just the contour of western Pennsylvania here in Somerset County, I think, Paul and his team did a phenomenal job.

And it really, and I know that a lot of folks have said to me, why doesn't it go all the way down to the crash? I said, this is a burial ground in many cases.

Are you ready? Let's go! On this week's episode of Tonight's Destination with the Fun Chasers, we're headed to one of my most favorite places in the entire world, Somerset, Pennsylvania.

Now, this episode airs just one day after the 25th anniversary of September 11th, and Somerset County is, of course, home to Shanksville and the Flight 93 Memorial.

Joining us tonight is Eric Knopfschneider, Director of Public Relations and Community Outreach for Go Laurel Highlands, and someone who knows Somerset County very, very well.

So, Eric, welcome to the night's destination.

We're so glad that you could make it here tonight.

So couldn't be more excited to be on the show with you.

You could just see dirt, ash, and people walking around, broken trees.

From the Somerset County coroner to the mayor of Shanksville, almost every eyewitness would remark how little of the plane and its passengers remained.

When I got there, I wondered to myself, where is it? The plane was just totally disintegrated.

The only thing we didn't see were people.

The hijackers attempt to end the counterattack.

Flying over Somerset County, Pennsylvania, hijackers send the plane into a 583 mile per hour nosedive.

There is a report of black smoke in the last position I gave you.

From the airplane or from the ground? They're speculating it's from the aircraft.

Another plane crashed into the Pentagon, killing close to 200, and a fourth went down in

Somerset County, Pennsylvania.

Governor Westmore will be on later in the show to tell us what he remembers from that day and how he thinks back on it now after helping to fight the war, the U.S. war in Afghanistan, a war that only ended just five years ago.
