Mark.I was athletic director in 2009, and I remember that Final Four vividly.

We stayed up, um, near Somerset Mall.

Uh, that was our hotel.

It's gonna be a very different Final Four than it was, and Dave Beechnak is gonna talk to it as well, but more energy downtown, more, um, foot traffic and, and hospitality you're gonna see pretty much Thursday all the way through Monday.

... as much at the Somerset Mall outside of Detroit.

We weren't getting as many hunks out there.

A lot of businesses wanna come to Troy.

You know, we have Somerset Collection, which is one of the top, you know, luxury malls in the nation.

But I would say in the district as a whole, probably not necessarily, and in Michigan in general.

You know, we- we're losing population, um, as a, as a whole in Michigan.

You've probably heard of Darden restaurants.

If you've driven up the Golden Mile in Troy along Big Beaver, along the Somerset Mall area, restaurants like Yard House, Ruth's Chris, Capital Grill, these high-end restaurants, as well as the Olive Garden, which I would consider a high-end restaurant.

Love Olive Garden.

Yeah, their sales are talking about shutting down some of these restaurants.
