Software Freedom Conservancy

Yeah, cool.

So how has it been working? Because you guys are going through a fiscal sponsor, if I remember correctly, the Software Freedom Conservancy.

How has it been with working with them as your, I guess, money manager for the project since you're not a 501c3? Yeah.

They've been actually really helpful, especially when it comes to a lot of the legal type stuff, because there have been legal questions that have come up during the course of this grant.

A few days ago, the one-time director of the Free Software Foundation and the current policy fellow, longtime policy fellow over at the Software Freedom Conservancy, went off on a bit of a rant about corruption within the open source industry, specifically focused on NGOs, specifically focused on the open source foundations and the problems that he sees with them.

And it was fairly fascinating to read through.

So I wanted to read a little bit of it to you now.

The phrase they eat their own tends to come to mind here for leftists attacking other leftists.

I'm gonna read some of this to you real quickly here.

So again, this is the Policy Fellow for the Software Freedom Conservancy.

And if you don't know who they are, they host a huge number of projects.

They do like a GPL outreach work.
