Socialization

This socialization also expresses the natural tendency for human beings to associate with one another for the sake of attaining objectives that exceed individual capacities.

It develops the qualities of the person, especially the sense of initiative and responsibility, and helps guarantee his rights.

Socialization also presents dangers.

Excessive intervention by the state can threaten personal freedom and initiative.

The teaching of the Church has elaborated the principle of subsidiarity, according to which a community of a higher order should not interfere with the internal life of a community of a lower order, depriving the latter of its functions, but rather should support it in case of need and help to coordinate its activity with the activities of the rest of society, always with a view to the common good.

This is the goodness of society.

This is the goodness of socialization.

At the same time, the church then says, "Socialization or society also presents dangers.

And that correlation between me being a productive member of society and being a vital part of my community is now greatly diminished.

Plus the headwinds of Socialization gets harder over time, gets harder per decade to meet new friends.

Your kids have probably moved.

Your socialization at work is gone.

I think I think I think that's important but so

Socialization, the socialization process there, it's not a healthy place to be at an all-boys school for that respect unless you're getting it somewhere else.

So when you get sports clubs and athletics and things like that where you mix in events and then there'd be more of that going on.

The stupidest thing this mother said is he's put into a class to help him feel part of a group.

and for the other kids to accept people with disabilities.

So that's the whole point of that entire experiment, as it were, this once-a-week thing, which I think it should be more, but whatever.

So our thought is what we encourage our children to do is to be friendly, to be kind, go over and say hello and, you know, make somebody feel welcome and all of that.

But at the same point, they're trying to show you videos on their phone.

Socialization, education, family, religion, media, literature, it's all out there.

We were fed these lies and fictions and it's presented as the real and reality.

And I take it on board, you know, and also there's like these concentric rings that go out from the individual.
