Socialist Workers Party

Speaking of government, Miriam González Durántez, lawyer and wife of former British Deputy Prime Minister Nick Clegg, who, after going into coalition with the Conservatives and allowing them the Brexit vote, messed up the ARV vote referendum in the UK, and finally landed a gig at Facebook making a million a year on some ridiculous oversight board that kept saying everything was going fine there.

Anyway, Nick Clegg's wife has launched Democracia Veintiuno, a liberal centrist party seeking to challenge the country's dominant PSOE, or Socialist Workers Party, and Partido Popular, PP, in the November snap elections.

González Durántez says its priorities include tackling Spain's housing crisis, which it says both major parties have neglected.

She proposes abolishing housing taxes for under thirty-fives and making rents more affordable.

We'll come back to Palestine a little bit later on.

But when you returned home from that trip, you went to a Socialist Workers Party meeting on Palestine-

Yeah

... and then eventually joined up.
