So call Social Security immediately, run to the phone, call 800-772-1213 and say, hey, I'm getting benefits on my own record.

I heard about the Social Security Fairness Act going away.

I want to see if I'm eligible for benefits on my late husband's record whose benefit amount has been unwept.
