Did you happen to see that second study that was done of the second season? There was an article that appeared in Social Science and Medicine, but it was just 18 to 29-year-olds, and it kind of tracked in the second season, they found that the number of viewers that quit watching the show experienced more thoughts of suicide, self-harming thoughts, than the group of viewers who kept with the show the second season.

And I think one of the reasons they thought there was more discussion in the show of characters talking about suicide, working through that verbally.

But also, it was an 18 to 29-year-old group that was tested here.

Also, there's research on, on how it affects your future.

There's scholars writing in Social Science and Medicine, very nice journal.

Uh, they looked at 18,000, it's a big sample, randomly selected individuals, and found that their experience of envy predicted in the future worse mental health, more depression and more anxiety, and just lower overall happiness.

In other words, envy now has a cost later.

And look, science backs this.

A study published in Social Science and Medicine tracked 19,000 adults over 50 over eight years.

What they notice is that if they had a weekly hobby, their depression, if they had any, would dramatically drop over the next two years.

All the top guys literally have hobbies.
