So Far Gone

It's a lot of shit I did that he don't agree with neither.

But I'd be damned if that nigga ain't, hasn't done a lot of heavy lifting for this hip hop shit I'd be damned if I could think about Drake and not think about the first time I heard, um, Best I Ever Had, or the first time I heard So Far Gone.

You know what I'm saying? Or how hype we was when we heard, um, Thank Me Later.

You d- you feel me? Or Take Care.

I think that album went three times platinum that year, or two times platinum.

You had Drake buzzing with So Far Gone.

Best I Ever Had.

All these, so...

...

I don't go, I don't listen to So Far Gone.

I don't listen to-

What?

Moon won.

And I said So Far Gone is better than 808s and Heartbreaks.

I said it.

I stand by it.

I told you.

I told you.

So far gone, and Man on the Moon is better than 808s.

I still think 808s is an amazing album, but come on.

But I don't think we were following Drake to the point where we knew when he was releasing songs, is what I'm saying, in the beginning.

We got, I can speak for me, I got introduced to Drake from like So Far Gone.

I liked So Far Gone, and I was like, oh, what else does this guy have? That's when I realised he had I'm Still Fly.

I was introduced to

Drake from before, but not on purpose.

This album was nominated for Rap Recording of the Year at the 2010 Junos.

It lost to Drake, So Far Gone, so literally changing of the guard here.

Can I tell you something really funny?

Yes.

I was talking to my younger brother and he's like...

Right now, he's in his So Far Gone stage, where he's like, that's his album where he likes a lot more.

Me, I would say Take Care.

Take Care,
