Snapseed

Bought it because it was better than a point-and-shoot.

And we'd walk down there each morning, take a photograph, edit using Snapseed at the time, and then post it on Facebook.

And it was basically just to send the message back home.

Look at us, where we live, rather than in rainy UK.

And lifting the shadows slightly can bring out detail in dark valleys or forested areas that might otherwise just look like a wall of black.

two apps that work really well and are free, Lightroom Mobile and Snapseed.

Both are easy to learn and both handle phone photos really well.

If your camera shoots RAW format, use it.

Um, but Lightroom has a great app, uh, from Adobe also.

Uh, I also love an app called Snapseed-

Yeah.

But it's also, I really like his cinematic sort of editing he's done.

He's used Snapseed and Lightroom Mobile for this to get it how he wants, with the blue tones, I think.

And I like the reflection in the cars as well.

Yeah, it appeals to me.
