Didn't they do something as a follow-up to, like, Snakes on a Plane, but wasn't it, like, Snakes on a Train or something ridiculous?

No, I think that was an asylum rip-off of Snakes on a Plane.

Yeah, but it's just changing one.

We're doing it again, but not today.

Today we are continuing our journey through the reptiles of 2026, uh, with Snakes on a Train.

That's right, we did Snakes on a Plane last week, so it felt only right to do the Asylum mockbuster, uh, accompaniment, Snakes on a Train, also released in 2006, so also celebrate 20th, uh, birthday this month.

This is directed by Peter Mervis, though credited as the Malachi Brothers, odd.

[laughs] Um, but no, we're not talking about Big, Big Trouble in Little China.

We're ce- celebrating the 20th anniversary of Snakes on a Train.

And I imagine, I mean, again, this is an incredibly expensive picture, but this would be very tough to do on a sci-fi original budget.

Well, they certainly tried their hardest with Snakes on a Train, which was released three days before this movie came out.

We rented it for Blockbuster at the time, because we were like, well, obviously we've got to prepare ourselves for Snakes on a Train.
